  1.                                PATIENT HISTORY

  3. The patient history menu allows you to enter the patient data.  You must enter a patient name and which eye is being photographed.  It is quite helpful to enter other data in order to locate different patients and conditions later.

  5. When data is typed in hit ΓÇÿenterΓÇÖ 
  6. to go to the next field.  The 
  7. arrow keys can be used to move 
  8. around the form.  If F5 is hit the 
  9. form will be filled in with the 
  10. same information as the previous 
  11. patient with the exception that 
  12. the other eye is entered.
  13.  
  14. When you have filled in the 
  15. appropriate data hit the ΓÇÿescΓÇÖ key.
